Will Red lipstick look good on me?
I used to hate red or very bright color lipsticks, they would always make me very conscious. But as I am getting older I am more confidant and I have started loving bolder colors on my lips, and I am falling in love with red. I have olive skin, and pouty lips, kinda like Betty Boop's. the shade is called Really Red. I was wondering if this will look alright with my olive skin, if not I would exchage it for the other shade called In the Red, before I use it. I wish they has testers for revlon lip colors

Just about everyone looks good in red lipstick.
But this thing is HOW to wear it. Red lips are so bold, it will trashy if you do much with the rest of your face (i.e. heavy eye makeup, blush). You should wear a natural colored blush and a thin line of black or brown eyeliner and mascara or no liner and just mascara.
It’s really trial and error. There is a shade of red for every complexion, you just have to find it.
sure if you bought it then wear it! who cares what others think if they are still "teasing" about your clothe make up etc. then they are very immature. Unless its like your family and they are joking then i guess its all right. But yeah go for it! ! !

I would be a better judge if I could see you’re skin too. I’m from L.A. and there a lot of latina’s with olive complexion. I think that shade of red looks good. Especially for going out at night.
you should go to a cosmetics counter, ask them which color red lipstick would best compliment your skin tone. you can buy the shade from them, or you can see how it looks like and try to find one similar at a drugstore =)
