Who is the cartoon character with the bowl haircut???
This is going to sound really dumb but I'm trying to remember who the cartoon character guy was or what he was on who had a bowl hair cut! I thought it was Humpty Dumpty but I just looked up pics of him and he's bald! Then I thought he might be on Alice in Wonderland or maybe Sleeping Beauty?? But I really don't know. All I know is he had brown hair with the classic Lloyd Christmas hairdo and is kind of a pudgy guy in an old fashioned kind of outfit. Please help because this is driving me CRAZY!!!! lol
Yeah, I THINK it's a Disney character. I'm not sure what you mean by what style of drawing is it? Definitely an older cartoon...from maybe the 80s to mid 90s? He's kind of a dorky guy...not a main character. Um, chubby, looks similar to Tweedle Dee & Dum....

My first thought was Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum but I didn’t see them with a bowl cut. There have been several characters with bowl cuts. Can you narrow it down, like is it disney as those seem to be the shows you listed, what style of drawing is it?
