what was the name of that old Cartoon Network cartoon with the pirates on the Thirteen Seas…..?

there was an old show that came on Cartoon Network years ago about a green eyed pirate and his entourage who traversed a fictional world that had 13 seas. the main character looked like someone right out of a Final Fantasy game. that's all i can remember about it. The title actually had 13 Seas in it ....if i remember correctly.
