I bought a red spaghetti strap mini dress and I want to wear it for holloween but I dont know what I would be. Are there any Super heroes/Villiannesses or characters that wear red mini dresses..... I know Betty Boop does but my hair is long and I don't feel like wearing a wig. what should I do!
i always leave stuff like this for the last minute and end up not being able to get a costume i like so im gonna plan it now lol

Ok i have been in love with Betty boop since i was younger.i don't know when but i have always gotten Betty Boop things.
So i was thinking get a black wig and a red dress like she would ear and i have a white dog like pudgy,i wanna make it a little themed,its the middle of summer so it will be inside and outside.these are my questions
1.Is that an ok theme for a 15 year old or is it too kiddish?
2.Should i have the guests dress up in a 30s type style or have them dress up as their favorite thing they have been in love with since they were younger,such as a memory party
3.If you have any suggestions please say so!
I like planning my costumes early, but I'm having a hard time. I don't want to wear a wig but I have really short spikey dark hair. I might dye it depending on the costume, but I can't think of a character with short hair! I was thinking maybe Mia Farrow in Rosemary's baby.. but I'm 19 and can go to clubs this year, so I want something a bit more sparkley.
