It is one of those old cartoons where they have nothing left to eat and they shake there last can of food and there is one bean left in it. Then they divide it into quarters and eat it?
Also, where can I find it? On u tube? Please send a link! thanks!
I surely miss some of the old cartoons. I want them back.
i remember when i was really little i had a tape of old cartoons that i used to watch religously anyways, oen of the cartoons i really want to see again but i cant remember what its called. all i remember is this:
a small white girl was acting like a brat and wanted to eat candy instead of supper. a black woman (whose face i dont think you ever see) is there and sends her to bed. the little girl dreams of going to a candy land and gets to eat all the cansy she wants but then something happens (i cant remember what i think she ate too much or there was a monster in candy land) and when she wakes up shes sorry and ends up eating her supper.
i know its very vauge so please help me if you can
thanks!
o! and if its any help it was in black and white
Ok so I know that there have been multiple questions about this but don't you think that network's like cartoon network Nickelodeon Disney and so on should have channel that are just dedicated to 80's and 90's cartoons alone. Yes I do realize that Disney and Cartoon Network have Toon Disney and Boomerang but don't you think it's time to expose new generations to the old cartoons like transformers and GI Joe not the new ones but the old good 80's cartoons or how about for the younger kids Eurekas Castle or the Popples or Gummi Bears. I would honestly like to see the networks that show cartoons wise up and each start two more channels each showing the cartoons from the 80's and 90's for the older kids on one channel and then showing more shows orientated to the the younger children showing shows like Muppet Babies. What do you guys think of this idea? bad? good? Heck I would love it if someone just started there own tv channels and all they showed were these shows. It would be great
i'm 18 & love family guy, ren & stimpy, The Simpson's, & alot of the old cartoons like tom & jerry, betty boop too!!!
Ren: YES!!! I do watch Archer and its very funny and dirty! haha thanks for reminding me i just forgot to mention it!
Ok, without looking anything up, please can you tell me what you know about very old cartoons?
ie: Felix the Cat, Betty Boop, etc.
Do you know if they show old cartoons like The Flinstones, The Jetsons or Scooby Doo?
i luv those old cartoons from the 30's and 50's like betty boop, flintstones looney toons droopy dog and all of those they dont air them any more which is so messed up how/where can i get them on tape (live in santa cruz)
Does anyone else remember these classic Christmas (or similar) cartoons?
Santa's Surprise
Christmas comes but once a year
Somewhere in Dreamland
and similar cartoons, like Popeye, Betty Boop, Little Lulu?
I think they were made in the 40's or 50's originally, but I grew up watching them because we had some old tapes. I still pull them out every year. You can't beat the quality of the old cartoons... they have something wonderful that the more modern ones just don't have!
on the contrary, cajohnson667, I'm only 19!
And its awesome that I'm not the only one who loves 'Somewhere in Dreamland'. Its just a good wholesome cartoon
and Warner Bros were not racist... *grumbles at stupid politically correct paranoia*
I'm trying to research a specific cartoon with a moon in it. The cartoon is either old fashioned or a parody of old cartoons, So I'm guessing Betty Boop, Popeye, Felix or a Simpsons take-off. I would think it dates from 1920's-40's
Everything is moving in a stretchy syncopated manner, Then the moon looks down at the main character and winks. I've seen the 1935 cartoon "Silvery Moon", Whilst similar, it isn't the one
I suppose it might in fact be the sun, but for my purposes, that's fine.
If you have any ideas, or better yet a link, I'd sure appreciate it.
I would love to purchase old cartoons from Gumby, X-Men, Captain N, Macron 1, Transformers, Betty Boop, Popeye, Felix, Sailor Moon, Digimon, Scooby-Doo, etc. And also old shows like Golden Girls, I Love Lucy, Johnny Carson Show, Andy Griffith Show, etc. Does anyone know where to purchase new sets of these shows?
I bought one of those compilation dvds with all the old cartoons on it. well, this betty boop cartoon came on and she was on a stage doing her thing and there was a black woman in the crowd with three screaming babies..they all ran up on stage, they were led away from the stage with a watermelon dangling from a fishing pole...I'm not even kidding..should I tell walmart?
