So, my friend and I do these things called "Secret Assignments" (It's a book if you've read it.) We give each other these little secret missions and they have to fufill it. We've done things like "Decorate so and so's locker with hearts and I love you signs." or "Go around town and take a picture with the following: Mickey Mouse, Betty Boop, etc" Things like that. I'm at a LOSS for my friend's next SA! I need some great ideas that would be really fun for her.
Well, it's like a dare, but should take a long time and usually we're not together when we do them. Like it's more of a scavengar hunt kind of dare... If that makes any sense.
When i was in my childhood in the 80's I had a favorite song and I just don't hear it anymore. In fact i haven't heard it for so long (16 years+) I'm not even sure i remember the Lyrics correctly. Just a side note, it wasn't very a heavy song for the 80's, i never cared for hard stuff when i was a lil guy. It was more in the Pop music category. The year of the song i have narrowed down to 1985-1989 if i remember correctly. The only part of the song, that i think i remember goes something like this:
This song was upbeat and had a fast tempo
"24 hours 24 hours it seems so far away"
(or)
"24 hours 24 hours it feels so far away"
Could of been: "48 hours 48 hours it is so far away"
As you notice i only remember fragments of the song. Im sure the Lyrics contained either "48 hours", or "24 hours" and, "so far away". Im thinking it was "24 hours". I get the impression that this guy was singing about the time he had to wait before he could see somebody, or go some where but i really could be wrong about that one.
The Lyrics were sung by Males, and i Don't recall how many.
Songs that i have eliminated are:
Betty Boo - 24 hours
Alexz Johnson-24 Hours
JOY DIVISION - 24 hours
24 Hours from Tulsa
Happy Mondays: 24 Hour Party People
NEMESY - 24 Hours
Muddy Waters Twenty Four Hours
Barbara Pennington - Twenty Four Hours A Day
Athlete - "Twenty Four Hours"
David Cassidy - Twenty Four Hours a Day
Twenty-Four, by Jem.
Switchfoot - Twenty-Four
There are more songs on my list but i don't want to list them all. I have also tried searching for the Lyrics on on many Lyrics websites with no luck, so im thinking that i have remembered the Lyrics incorrectly or don't know them all. If any of you have any idea's please let me know. I have been searching for this song for a Very long time and would like to hear it again.
There was this old cartoon that I watched a long time ago, and it was about this like woman (betty boop type looking i guess) and this wolf. And one of the big lines of the show was "wolfie wolfie." I researched it a while ago and i think it was a play made into a movie. I'm not sure though. Any information would help. Thank you so much!
a play made into a cartoon sry
Im looking for the name, or the name of the character in this old cartoon that i think was made by Disney a long time ago. I know the cartoon is about a little red head pig-tailed girl who ends up in this candy land and has to save some cookie queen from a villain made out of licorice or something. Any ideas?
can we in some way overcome the religious differences and wish our Betty Boop well????
common, she is 19 and she is over there !
((((BETTY))))
The first 2 light bulbs- how hard is it to understand to wish well to a 19 year old who is serving in a terrible situation?
She told me off a long time ago ,but I find her refreshing non the less! gotta love her!
i remember watching tv a long time ago and i saw a short movie with a woman getting on the witness stand in court who sounded and looked just like betty boop. am i imagining this or was she really played by an actress too? (wikipedia didn't really help)
Betty Boop cartoon is very old. She has two pets in her cartoons. One is a white dog.
My question is what is the other pet of hers? It is black with a white face and chest, has ears and has human feet and hands.
This has stumped me for a long time and I'm very curious.
I thank you for taking the time to answer my question.
I always pick best answer.
Hope you have a nice day and or night.
