it had spin off versions of the disney princesses, they all had big boobs.the was a fat version of betty boop.a screwed up version of superman,a disgustingly gross and inappropriate pig,an african american prostitute, and i think some other characters also.
Ok so I know that there have been multiple questions about this but don't you think that network's like cartoon network Nickelodeon Disney and so on should have channel that are just dedicated to 80's and 90's cartoons alone. Yes I do realize that Disney and Cartoon Network have Toon Disney and Boomerang but don't you think it's time to expose new generations to the old cartoons like transformers and GI Joe not the new ones but the old good 80's cartoons or how about for the younger kids Eurekas Castle or the Popples or Gummi Bears. I would honestly like to see the networks that show cartoons wise up and each start two more channels each showing the cartoons from the 80's and 90's for the older kids on one channel and then showing more shows orientated to the the younger children showing shows like Muppet Babies. What do you guys think of this idea? bad? good? Heck I would love it if someone just started there own tv channels and all they showed were these shows. It would be great
Okay, a few years ago, I think, I was at Disneyland and I found this DVD called Mickey Mouse collections. I looked up on Amazon, and I may have found the DVDs, they were:
Walt Disney cartoons starring Mickey
Walt Disney cartoons starring Donald
Walt Disney cartoons starring Goofy
Walt Disney cartoons staarring Chip 'n Dale
Either those are the DVDs I was looking for, or I'm thinking about some other cartoon collection 'bout Mickey. Y' know, like the CLASSICS starring all characters! I am starting to become a fan of classic Mickey! Better than Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, or any new cartoon: Barnyard, Mighty B, Flapjack, etc.
So to sum it up: Where can I find the Mickey Mouse classic cartoon collection?
@tomowan Ha Ha! Very Funny! But I need to know where (besides Disneyland) can I find the Mickey Mouse classic Cartoon Collection? Anyone?! Hello?!?!
@tomowan Ha Ha! Very Funny! But I need to know where (besides Disneyland) can I find the Mickey Mouse classic Cartoon Collection to buy? Anyone?! Hello?!?!
if you could pick any one................new or old but has to be animated..........
i love asking this question...........but............buggs bunny and betty boop are NOT disney characters!!!
What was the name of the cartoon show that was probably on either Disney or Nickelodeon. It had a giant frog, the islanders were black and they were in a tropical area.
When i was young, Classic Animation was basically everywhere.
TNT and other places aired Looney Tunes
Cartoon Network aired classic animation 24/7
AMC aired Betty Boop, Puppettoons and other toons as fillers
The list goes on...
Nowadays, Corporate America is becoming more selfish
Nick and Disney now airs brainwashin' teenage crap for kids
Cartoon Network is vaguely entertaining
Boomerang has some shows that don't belong there (i.e. Cow and Chicken, Pokemon)
the list goes on...
Now only that, They are becoming cold hearted in the distribution field
We never see a DVD of The Cattanooga Cats or any of our favorites, Instead all we get is DVD after DVD of nothin' but Star Trek and Scooby-Doo
We rarely get nostalgic properties on DVD
and to make things worse, The holders of these properties are treating nostalgia buffs (like me) like trash even on YouTube when we post their content on the site (despite the fact that they never use them)
How come no one talks about them anymore? They don't even make ads with classic Hollywood characters anymore-the only classic Hollywood cartoons they show on TV are Pink Panther, Popeye and Tom and Jerry. They don't even air Looney Tunes anymore, and Disney doesn't even air classic Disney shorts like they used to. Is it because the major studios released most of the classic toons on DVD?
I really wish they would. Cartoon network has one, boomerang, which some of those cartoons use to play on disney or nick according to wikipedia the smurfs played on nick or maybe disney. but i want to watch stuff like rocco's modern life and doug and old mickey mouse. is either of those channels ever going to do something like that?
none of ya'll probably know this lol but maybe.
What classic masterpiece of great literature would you like to see made into a Disney cartoon movie?
With songs of course. Have fun with this one.
Disney already did a big whale in Pinochio.....
A girl fly falls in love with a boy fly and a spider (i think) trys to come in between them. This was a short cartoon, maybe from the 30's or 40's. I thought it might be Disney, but I'm not sure. Anyone remember this?
My wife is a cornerstone of my life. She is charming, beautiful, and everything I had hoped for. There is only one thing in all the world that I would change about her, and that is this: I want her to be able to be content with the way she looks. At any cost.
It's fair to say my wife is obsessed with boobs. She is small-chested, with 32As. They are perfectly formed, perfectly shaped, perfectly perky - but they are small, and that is all she sees. A history of insensitive boyfriends and abusive parents, all of whom told her to get implants, has left her feeling like she is always insufficient. She's convinced that she's not normal, she's not pretty, she's not sexy.
It has gotten to the point where we can hardly venture into public without something involving breasts making her practically catatonic with dismay. Whether it's Beerfest at the video store, the lingerie-coffee joints so popular in seattle, or even a particularly busty person walking by, the feeling of my wife suddenly squeezing my hand so hard it hurts because something hurt her is a constant companion on our walks.
I try do everything I can to make her feel beautiful. I think she is perfect, and have never had any problems being aroused by her, I'm proud to show her off in public, and I compliment her genuinely every chance I get. She has a body many women would die for, and a truly exceptional face. She's thin (everything is XS and 00), fit, perpetually tan (half-Filipina), has amazing hair - I'm constantly amazed she's with me (pudgy, disheveled, pale, and average). On her frame, I think large breasts would look ridiculous.
But somehow she can't see that. She knows she's pretty, but she can't be content with herself. I sometimes think it's because she's so pretty that she aspires for perfection, not for mere beauty - but who knows.
What it all boils down to is that any time there is any cleavage or exaggerated breasts in a movie (even classic Disney cartoons aren't safe), or anyone talks about breasts, or we try to shop for lingerie, she falls into a dismal mood because she isn't happy with herself. She isn't confident in bed, is almost never sexually assertive, and her lack of confidence in herself has started to turn into a turn-off for me. It's certainly stifled many a romantic moment to suddenly be jolted from the topic of the moment to - yet again - boobs. I don't give a damn about boobs, I don't know why anybody does. But I can't escape them.
So I don't know what to do. I can't even talk to her about it, because she's already convinced something is wrong with her and trying to tell her she is being too hard on herself for nothing is telling her there is something else wrong with her, in her eyes.
Should I seek therapeutic help? I know body dysmorphic disorder is a real and perhaps relevant thing.
She doesn't want DD's, only a B or C - something they make lingerie for, and that she can feel feminine in. Should I try to support her in getting implants? I've spent many a night thinking about asking if she wants implants, but I don't want to become yet another man in her life telling her she's broken. Truth is, I love her small breasts and don't want them to get bigger. But I'd do anything to make her happy, and if that's what it takes, I'm all for it. I will be attracted to a woman who isn't afraid of the women on TV. But would she see that as a surrender?
My main fear is that anything I do will send the message that she's broken and need fixing. I don't want her to think she has a problem - physically or mentally. I just want to make her feel like a princess.
She knows that I don't like large breasts - every girl I have ever dated or been attracted to has had 32As, and I tell her all the time how ridiculous I think big boobs are (no offense to anyone here; I just have different taste than the average guy). I focus a lot on her breasts during sex and compliment her frequently (during sex and otherwise). She's not afraid that she doesn't live up to my standard - she knows she does. It's the standard promoted by the media and her own past that she can't live up to.
I really need a good halloween costume...I want a character from a movie maybe that i can kind of design myself and not some generic beer girl costume. I was also thinking snow white because if I had to compare myself to a disney princess it would be her. I have short dark brown hair and blue eyes. Any good ideas? My roommates are being lara croft and betty boop.
Hey everyone I'm having some trouble trying to find a classic cartoon short/movie. The reason why I'm having so much trouble is that I only remember parts of it. I don't know the title as I was very young and lost the it to a house fire. I know that it was like a musical. It was in black and white when I saw it. I remember a train, a lot of different characters(cow, mickey mouse type of character) dancing in a court yard type of area possibly using musical instruments. The best image I could give would be a bunch of characters like from Noah's Arc with all the animals. Kinda weird I know. It's sad that there isn't much I remember about it. What I do know is that I loved it. I believe that it may have been a Disney related classic. I have been searching all over using youtube/metacafe/amazon/ebay where I have come across some which I thought were close...but no luck. Just to clarify, it is not Melody or Jazz Island. Please show respect. Don't reply unless willing to actually help.
Ok I'm jogging my memory. I remember actual music playing in the cartoon short/movie. I know it involved various motown artist. I was looking at a few things and it seems as though there were a specific amount of vhs tapes put out in the early 80's which might be something closer to what I'm looking for. Most of the old school Disney stuff that I've looked at doesn't have much actual music playing which is what I'm looking for. It is possible that the film was put out in color as well. Its that issue where "I'll know it if I see it." Please keep sending me ideas.
I was told by a relative who watched it with me once that it had the actual songs from The Supremes, and A song from The Jackson Five called the "Dancing Machine." I remember the song the "Dancing Machine" the most. I have yet to find it. I was even thinking of going to our video store which rents cartoons and checking them out. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have it though. So if anyone else comes across this and knows what I'm talking about please let me know.

The first song goes:
Im rolling, Im rolling, Im rolling on
Im rolling, Im rolling, Im rolling on
I gotta get a new bone,
I gotta get a tight tension on?
I gotta pick it up untill the rust gets gone
I gotta feel it with the hot mind on?
It had a music video on disney or cartoon network with Betty Boop in it.
The other song goes:
With every bottle drink you can drown me,
cuz you found me out.
And now the time has come
Theres nothing more I can take, then you show me.
I think thats the chorus.
if you could pick any one................new or old but has to be animmated..........
i love asking this question...........but............buggs bunny and betty boop are NOT disney characters!!!1
I was watching some old disney cartoons the other day and all the black people in it were eating watermelon all the time. In one a woman even pulled out a peice and gave it to her baby to make it stop crying during a concert (betty boop) So yeah....er why water mellon
oh old racist disney -.-
Im looking for the name, or the name of the character in this old cartoon that i think was made by Disney a long time ago. I know the cartoon is about a little red head pig-tailed girl who ends up in this candy land and has to save some cookie queen from a villain made out of licorice or something. Any ideas?
Well, first there's Disney - I won't go too much into depth, but for those who don't know, there are a handful of quick scenes where some subliminal messages are displayed. I'm not condemning/supporting them, I'm simply stating what I know.
Also - while on a Youtube video splurge, I came across old Betty Boop cartoons - there's one in particular where a narrator highlights certain times where animators/writers felt the need to make betty more "enticing" or "appealing" to the adults watching the shows, such as hiding images or quickly flashing body parts...
Wow, and I thought everyone was so conservative in the 1930s...
Can anyone give me some info? Like - Why have certain (not all, I am NOT generalizing - I have a lot of respect/admiration for artists) animators felt the need to "hide" what is usually censored in their artwork? And during the '30s? That was when my grandparents were alive!!!
Have you ever had a crush on a cartoon character? Who was it and why?
Mine was Walt Disney's Paul Bunyan.
This is going to sound really dumb but I'm trying to remember who the cartoon character guy was or what he was on who had a bowl hair cut! I thought it was Humpty Dumpty but I just looked up pics of him and he's bald! Then I thought he might be on Alice in Wonderland or maybe Sleeping Beauty?? But I really don't know. All I know is he had brown hair with the classic Lloyd Christmas hairdo and is kind of a pudgy guy in an old fashioned kind of outfit. Please help because this is driving me CRAZY!!!! lol
Yeah, I THINK it's a Disney character. I'm not sure what you mean by what style of drawing is it? Definitely an older cartoon...from maybe the 80s to mid 90s? He's kind of a dorky guy...not a main character. Um, chubby, looks similar to Tweedle Dee & Dum....
Im designing something and need to look at those gravyboat looking TON icons that Disney would sometime drop on road runner or daffy. I challenge you to find out. Ive been looking for hours. First one get a best answer
I'm pretty sure it's one of the disney cartoon movies and it has this little old man who plays a game of chess with himself and pretends to be 2 diff. people and beats one his selfs
Does anyone have any idea about this? I've been searching for this old cartoon with a really little elephant who just walks around. There are people in it, at work, I think. That's all I can remember... It's old, maybe Looney Tunes or Disney or Hanna-Barbara. It's NOT the sneezing elephant! It's really cute, and I cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and where I could find a video of it? Thanks!
