I am entering my art in the county fair where judges will be judging my work and giving out awards. Last year I painted Betty Boop and won 1st place so now I need to pick another classic cartoon character to paint. So what is your favorite cartoon character that you love?
I vaguely remember an classic cartoon the had a character (I think goofy) dancing while cleaning with a feather duster attacked to his rear. Anyone recall this and know the name of the show or have a link to it?
Its not Fantasia. The character actually attaches cleaning instruments to himself. Not controlling them
Okay, a few years ago, I think, I was at Disneyland and I found this DVD called Mickey Mouse collections. I looked up on Amazon, and I may have found the DVDs, they were:
Walt Disney cartoons starring Mickey
Walt Disney cartoons starring Donald
Walt Disney cartoons starring Goofy
Walt Disney cartoons staarring Chip 'n Dale
Either those are the DVDs I was looking for, or I'm thinking about some other cartoon collection 'bout Mickey. Y' know, like the CLASSICS starring all characters! I am starting to become a fan of classic Mickey! Better than Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, or any new cartoon: Barnyard, Mighty B, Flapjack, etc.
So to sum it up: Where can I find the Mickey Mouse classic cartoon collection?
@tomowan Ha Ha! Very Funny! But I need to know where (besides Disneyland) can I find the Mickey Mouse classic Cartoon Collection? Anyone?! Hello?!?!

anyone remember a classic cartoon movie that was aired on "Cartoon Network's Cartoon Theater," that featured a live action young boy, with a "mini" red car, that he drove into a cartoon land? If that makes any sense. I do believe it was filmed in the 70's or something, but I remember seeing it in the 90's. If you remember the name, PLEASE let me know!
I miss really those old movies and cartoons from the 90's, movies these days arent how it was back then.I personally think that they had the best shows and movies in the 90's!
Anyone remember these other classic cartoon shows from the 90's?(all of these are my absolute favorites too! =])
-Spiderman
-Digimon
-Batman
-Hey Arnold
-Recess
-CatDog
-Doug
-Pepper Ann
-Rugrats
I freaking love these shows and I would go back and watch hours of it =]
I have the cartoon episode at home on a DVD and I watch it everyday. The cartoon is about a police officer named "Officer Flanagan who gives a toy doll {Raggedy Ann} to a blind little girl named Billie and tells her that if she uses her imagination she can see anything she dreams and her doll too! So she uses her imagination and in a flash she sees her doll and a whole neighborhood amusement park! Remember the cartoon is called "The Enchanted Square" {1947}. Do you remeber this Raggedy Ann cartoon. My favorite part is when Raggedy Ann sings the song "You Can See With Your Heart". I think it's so cool how at first Raggedy Ann's voice sound really little girlish then suddenly she starts singing and sounding like a 20 or 21 year woman! Once again the cartoon is called "The Enchanted Square" with Raggedy Ann in it! So remembers this classic cartoon???
P.S. You can watch it right now on Youtube.com!!!!
Hey everyone I'm having some trouble trying to find a classic cartoon short/movie. The reason why I'm having so much trouble is that I only remember parts of it. I don't know the title as I was very young and lost the it to a house fire. I know that it was like a musical. It was in black and white when I saw it. I remember a train, a lot of different characters(cow, mickey mouse type of character) dancing in a court yard type of area possibly using musical instruments. The best image I could give would be a bunch of characters like from Noah's Arc with all the animals. Kinda weird I know. It's sad that there isn't much I remember about it. What I do know is that I loved it. I believe that it may have been a Disney related classic. I have been searching all over using youtube/metacafe/amazon/ebay where I have come across some which I thought were close...but no luck. Just to clarify, it is not Melody or Jazz Island. Please show respect. Don't reply unless willing to actually help.
Ok I'm jogging my memory. I remember actual music playing in the cartoon short/movie. I know it involved various motown artist. I was looking at a few things and it seems as though there were a specific amount of vhs tapes put out in the early 80's which might be something closer to what I'm looking for. Most of the old school Disney stuff that I've looked at doesn't have much actual music playing which is what I'm looking for. It is possible that the film was put out in color as well. Its that issue where "I'll know it if I see it." Please keep sending me ideas.
I was told by a relative who watched it with me once that it had the actual songs from The Supremes, and A song from The Jackson Five called the "Dancing Machine." I remember the song the "Dancing Machine" the most. I have yet to find it. I was even thinking of going to our video store which rents cartoons and checking them out. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have it though. So if anyone else comes across this and knows what I'm talking about please let me know.
What is your favourite classic cartoon/cartoons, mine would be
1. Tom & Jerry
2. Looney Tunes
3. Little Audrey
4. Little Lulu
5. Casper the friendly ghost
6. Mickey Mouse
7. Popeye
8. Donald Duck
9. The Flintstones
10. Betty Boop
I just majorly nostalgia'd, remembering a classic cartoon movie I watched damn near every day as a small child. But I for the life of me cannot remember the name of it. All I really remember is a little girl, with a friend that was like a giant cat like creature, and I think she may have been the only one who could see him. I think there may have also been something about dust bunnies in the movie.
Tell your favorite classic cartoon. NOTE: Please answer ONLY ONE cartoon. Details below.
Ideas may be Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, etc.
This will be a hard judgement for the best answer. So, I will need help! Please give high ratings for the person with the most favorite cartoon. (Yes, I know there will be more than one answer for the most favorite classic cartoon. I will take ratings.) This will act as a vote. If there is a draw, I will decide among low ratings.
Thank you!
Violet
