I got a problem i want to be betty boop for halloween but do you think its OK for 11 year old ( 12 in two months) to be her?? if you dont think so.. Do you have any ideas???

There is nothing wrong with an 11 year old being Betty Boop, its what Halloween is for.
Its not like Betty Boop was a sexually active cartoon who made pornographic material, she was a voloptous cartoon who was well respected!
Well…I think you could make it more "classy" than "slutty" then that's fine! Don't over-analyze halloween anyways, it's the only time you can go a little overboard.

I think it would be cute. Can you make your hair and your make up look as close as possible to the character? an evening dress of the slinky variety would would. any color.
just look at some pictures and get as close as you can this could be inexpensive and very cute
