a classic cartoon that i can’t remember enough to track down?
when i was little i watched this tape with classic cartoon on it (black and white) and on it there was one with this boy and girl (i think they were brother and sister) who fell asleep and dreamed of this magical candy land type place.. i just cant remember what it was called or anything else about it. i watched it in the mid 90's

and they were really poor i remember i used to watch on vhs a long time ago i cant believe you remember that cartoon and at the end these men came to there house and gave them the candy and stuff
